This website is operated by VALENRIX COMMERCE TRADING, a Malaysian sole proprietorship. These terms govern our agarwood catalogue, shopping cart, checkout drafts, enquiries and purchases accepted in writing. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.
Shopping cart and checkout
You can add products to a shopping cart, enter delivery details and review a checkout draft. Online payment is not yet available. Reviewing a draft does not submit an order, reserve stock or create a payment obligation. The cart is a browser convenience, not a customer account or order record.
You can edit quantities, remove products and correct delivery details before reviewing your draft. If you choose to request a quotation, you must send the prepared email yourself. A preview or copied message does not mean it has reached us. No paid order tracking is currently available.
Product information and reference material
Catalog images, descriptions and displayed prices may be adapted from third-party reference material. These references do not establish that a pictured item is owned, stocked or available for sale by Valenrix, or that Valenrix is affiliated with the original retailer. We do not adopt another business’s history, customer reviews, certificates or stock claims as our own.
Before you decide to purchase, request confirmation of the actual product, available quantity, specifications, current photographs where relevant, source information and the final quotation. Natural wood can vary in grain, colour, dimensions and scent. Claims such as species, geographic origin, wild source, oil purity or sinking grade require supporting information for the actual item. Images alone are not proof of those characteristics.
Prices and quotations
Displayed amounts are indicative catalog prices in Malaysian ringgit (MYR/RM), unless another currency is expressly stated. They are not a binding offer or a promise of availability. A price range or an item without a fixed price requires a quotation for the actual variant. The cart subtotal covers only items with displayed fixed reference prices. Unconfirmed shipping, taxes, duties and quote-required items are not treated as free. The subtotal is not a final amount payable. A written quotation will identify the actual item, quantity, unit price, currency, any applicable tax, shipping charges, any separately payable import charges, total amount, quotation validity, payment arrangements and relevant delivery or permit conditions before an order is accepted.
If an error or availability issue is identified, we will explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
When an order becomes binding
An enquiry or checkout draft is not an accepted order. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase; a person buying for a business must have authority to do so. A sale requires your express agreement to a written quotation and our written order acceptance. We will identify any conditions that must be met, including availability, shipping eligibility and required permits, before acceptance. Do not send payment merely because you have added an item to the cart or received an automated message.
Payment is available only through the method identified in an accepted written quotation. No payment provider is represented as activated or as having approved this business by the existence of this website. Do not send card details or banking passwords by email or WhatsApp.
Lawful supply and international trade
Agarwood products may be subject to wildlife-trade, forestry, customs or other requirements depending on their species, form, source and destination. International availability is assessed for the actual item and shipment. Where permits or supporting documents are required, dispatch is conditional on those requirements being met. We do not offer to misdescribe products, understate customs values or bypass permit requirements.
A retail package, small quantity or personal-use description does not automatically make a commercial shipment exempt. Any permit or certification claim must relate to the actual goods and documentation; this website itself is not a certificate or permit.
Product use
Products are described for fragrance, decorative or personal-accessory use as applicable. No product is offered as a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of a medical condition. Follow the instructions supplied with the actual item. Burn incense only in a suitable heat-resistant holder, with ventilation and away from children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended. Do not ingest incense, wood or fragrance oil.
Use of the website and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit misleading inquiries, malicious code or another person’s private information without authority. Rights in third-party content remain with the relevant rights holders. Access to this website does not grant permission to reuse photographs, branding or other protected material beyond what applicable law or the rights holder permits. Please contact us if you believe material on this website infringes your rights.
Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law. Please contact us first with a complaint so we can investigate and propose a resolution. Malaysian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections or rights to use a competent authority or court that apply to you.
Changes to website terms apply prospectively. Terms agreed for an accepted order will not be changed retrospectively without your agreement, except where the law requires otherwise.
