Data we receive and its sources
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, message, product choices and any delivery location or other information you choose to provide. The information comes from you or a person you authorise to contact us. For an accepted order, we may also need billing and delivery details, correspondence, and payment or shipment references.
Website hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, time of access and security logs. Please do not send identity documents, banking passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive personal information unless specifically required through an appropriate secure process.
How we use personal data
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, assess delivery eligibility, administer any accepted order and related returns, keep necessary business records, handle complaints, prevent misuse, maintain website security and comply with legal obligations. We do not enrol you in a marketing list merely because you make an inquiry. Any direct marketing requires the applicable permission and you may ask us to stop.
Required and optional information
You can browse the catalog without creating an account. Contact and product details are needed to answer an inquiry; a delivery location is needed for a shipping quotation. If you do not provide information necessary for a requested service, we may be unable to provide that service. Other information is optional unless we explain why it is needed.
Providing information for one inquiry does not give unrestricted permission to use it for unrelated purposes. Where consent is required, we will obtain it as applicable.
Shopping cart, checkout details and third-party services
The shopping cart stores product references and quantities in your browser’s local storage so they remain available on that browser. This is not an online customer account or server-side order record. You can clear it using the cart controls or your browser’s site-data settings. Blocking browser storage may prevent your cart from carrying over between pages.
Contact and delivery details entered in the checkout draft are used on the page for your review. They are not submitted to Valenrix or saved in local storage, a customer database or an order system by this website. They are kept only in the page session; your browser may retain or autofill fields according to its own settings. If you choose to send a quotation email, the information you include reaches us through your email service and is processed as described in this notice.
Preparing, copying or opening an email inquiry does not send it automatically. When you choose to send it, the selected communications provider processes the message under its own terms and privacy notice. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube, and a YouTube player loads only when you choose to play a video. These requests may disclose your IP address and browser information to those providers. Necessary hosting and security technologies may also process technical data; we do not describe the entire internet connection as free of cookies or logs.
Who may receive information
We share only information relevant to the purpose with service providers supporting hosting, communications, administration, professional advice and, where an actual order is accepted, payment and delivery. We may disclose information to competent authorities when legally required or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal data.
The website currently has no active customer-account or online-payment service. Payment or delivery providers would receive order data only when those services are actually used, with information about the relevant arrangements supplied where required.
Processing outside Malaysia
Some hosting, email, messaging or other service providers may process information outside Malaysia. Any cross-border disclosure by us must meet applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements. We consider the purpose, necessity and relevant safeguards rather than treating your use of the website as unlimited consent to transfer information anywhere.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, applicable record-keeping obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate legal needs. Inquiry records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. An accepted order or legal obligation may require longer retention than a general inquiry.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will assess and meet applicable notification and other obligations.

We may need proportionate verification of your identity before responding. A legal record-keeping obligation may limit what can be deleted; we will explain relevant limitations.
Withdrawal of necessary consent may mean that we cannot continue the affected service, but does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. You may raise a privacy concern with us or with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner through the official website, pdp.gov.my.
Children and notice updates
This catalog and its inquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly request personal data from children under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal data may contact us to request appropriate action.
We may update this notice when our services or requirements change. The updated date will be shown here. A new use requiring consent will not be introduced solely by silently changing this notice.
