Delivery within Malaysia
Availability, service coverage, shipping costs and estimated dispatch and transit times will be confirmed for your Malaysian delivery address before order acceptance. The quotation will identify any difference between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and other destinations. There is no blanket free-shipping promise or fixed delivery time for all catalog items.
Please provide a complete address and working contact details. Any additional charge for an address change or redelivery must be explained and agreed where applicable; it will not remove our responsibility for errors caused by us.
International delivery and permits
International availability depends on the product, destination and applicable permits. We confirm shipping eligibility, costs and estimated delivery before accepting an order. Products requiring permits will not be dispatched without the required documentation.
Agarwood species and different product forms may have different CITES, forestry and customs requirements. Packaging a product for retail sale does not by itself establish an exemption. We assess the actual goods and destination, and do not promise worldwide shipping. We will not accept an order where a lawful shipment cannot be arranged.
Taxes, duties and total cost
The written quotation will state the product price, shipping charge, any tax charged by us and whether destination duties, import taxes or handling charges are included or payable separately. Responsibilities for import clearance and any buyer-held permit will be explained before acceptance. We remain responsible for permits and obligations that the law places on the seller or exporter.
Dispatch, tracking and delays
Any agreed dispatch estimate starts only after the conditions stated in the accepted quotation have been met. We will provide shipment confirmation and tracking information when available. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed. If a material delay occurs, we will explain the situation and discuss available remedies, including any cancellation or refund rights that apply.
If a supply or permit issue prevents fulfilment, we will not present the goods as dispatched. Any payment already received for goods that we cannot supply will be returned in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after delivery, if an item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Include the order reference and helpful photographs if available, and retain packaging where practical. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights or later claims that the law permits. Do not send goods back until we confirm safe return instructions.
